Conference Tools
We are fluent in the language of good ideas.
For a special Coca-Cola meeting, we engineered a carrier to hold a Coke bottle & meeting swag to inspire attendees. For the concept, we leaned into the theme of "No Limits" and created something that physically conveyed that notion. The custom carrier opened to reveal a branded bottle opener, custom notepad, branded pen, and Coke-red thinking putty. The design featured scratch-offs throughout the inside of the holder that revealed fun facts about the meeting topics.
Be the most popular stop at your next trade show! We worked with @Vimeo to create a fun mix of swag and interactivity for their brand. Marketing cards included a scratch-off that gave visitors a chance to win a prize. Perforating the card allowed recipients to tear off the important info to keep after scratching off and redeeming. Sticker sheets and a branded water bottle put the Vimeo brand front and center!
We created this meeting toolkit for a healthcare conference taking place in Charleston, SC. We hand-illustrated a map of Charleston onto a printed lens cloth with important landmarks and conference locations specially illustrated to capture the events of the weekend and the spirit of the city. Branded items included: hand sanitizer, tin of mints, pen/stylus, and “thinking” putty. All items were securely held in a clear container with a marquee sticker (reminiscent of the famous Riviera Theatre).
Spring into action! And make sure all of your conference-goers have what they need for a successful meeting. For Target stores' spring meeting, we created this fully-printed shipping box with a custom platform to hold a custom notepad and multi-tool pen perfectly in place. Printed paper flaps unfolded to reveal 2 gift cards. This mailer was a small box with a big impact!
A branded crossbody bag (adorned with custom patches) held the contents for Forum 2024 welcome swag. Contents included: branded purple aviator sunglasses, embroidered "Top Gun"-inspired hat, custom printed pouch filled with necessities, California trail mix, chocolate-dipped orange slices and additional branded patches. A custom airplane kit perfectly fit the theme and gave participants a fun activity to complete.
For the College Football Playoff, we needed to artfully present lanyards, tickets, credentials, informational booklets and an itinerary for a 4-day multi-faceted event, in a way that was clean, organized and impactful - making it a useful collectible. We created a custom Viewmaster with the guests itinerary on the reel and designed the box to have hidden platforms to hold all their materials, while a sturdy handle made it easier for guests to carry. Disguised as a scrapbook, this reinvented “just in case” kit held essentials and fun sundries to accessorize the three day event. A detailed map covered the inside of the binder, while scrapbook elements and details were tucked in pockets. Hand Lettering on cover by Sugar & Script. Photography by: Nathan Kanofsky.
Conference day at “Social Media on the Sand” at Beaches Resorts was titled, “Listen Up”, as an extension of the 5 Senses theme. Each attendee received a “5-Pack”, a custom designed and printed container with swag in each section corresponding to the five senses, like the pressure sensitive, color-changing pen for “touch”, beach ball candies and eco-friendly straws for “taste”. We engineered and produced a paper lunchbox personalized for each recipient – filled with sandwiches laser engraved with their names by The Laser Sandwich and hand delivered in time for lunch! The lunchbox perforated to become a placemat and held an issue of Bizbash Magazine.
Based on the concept of several parts joining together to form a bigger message, this packaging tells a brand story in four parts. Each of the four containers held themed swag corresponding to each pillar, that prepped meeting attendees for upcoming marketing events. Photography by: Nathan Kanofsky

Elastic bands keep branded swag in its place - in this case, useful tools tailored to the recipients; a tape measure, a cord taco, a set of colored pencils and sharpener. The organizational kit was held in a box with clear lid and branded paper platform and finished off with a custom printed band. Photograph by: Nathan Kanofsky
Created to showcase their signature truck, these custom bentos for a Volvo Dealer conference in Scotland had a lot of moving parts. The box held branded tools for their meeting; notebook, thinking putty in tin, pen/stylus, mechanical pencil, post-it notes and tubes of candy. The “windshield” on the custom wrap showed through to the conference logo, while the “grill” pulled out into an accordion fold for taking note of ideas and action plans.
