Welcome Gifts
We're the whole package.

We created gifting for an intimate event at the Institute of Contemporary Art / Boston that focused on Beantown itself. We filled a custom printed gable box (with easy-carry handle and locking lid for portability), with items inspired by this historic city... a tumbler etched with a map of Boston, a custom breakfast blend tea in a tin with custom wrap, and a jar of honey with a custom label and dripper attached.

For the centerpiece of the custom gifting for a Harley-Davidson event at a race track, we created a custom paisley-patterned bandana. Our designers meticulously placed each paisley element to create the design in the shape of the Harley-Davidson logo with the word mark in the center - leaving plenty of space for driver autographs. Branded sport binoculars and reusable Hi-fidelity ear plugs were also held in a tall black box with a custom-printed sticker on the lid.

Our collaboration with Bizbash for their Sports Leadership Summit in Louisville, KY got “off to the races” with this custom pre-arrival mailer for attendees. The fully-printed shipping box was filled with travel items personalized with recipients’ initials and a little taste of Kentucky Bourbon (popcorn). We added a nod to the upcoming Kentucky Derby with a light-activated sound chip that played the bugle call and sounds of the horse track when the box was opened.

This pre-arrival gifting for a conference held in Scottsdale, AZ started with a fully-printed shipping box, designed with canyon photography, and was packed with custom travel accessories, desert snacks & sips. An embroidered plush travel pillow & a branded leather luggage tag made for perfect travel companions. A taste of Arizona included Cactus Crunch chips and salsa. We also designed a drink set that included a Prickly Pear cocktail mix, 2 branded leather coasters, & a branded copper shaker.

For an event at the Philadelphia Museum of Art that focused on a special exhibit, "Boom: Art and Design in the 1940s", we dug into the crux of the show - a collection of items that celebrated innovation during a tumultuous time. Curated items included a vintage-style "boom box" (bluetooth speaker), retro playing cards, a slinky, the museum book and a PMA keychain. The custom-designed gable box put the spotlight on the exhibit’s colorful branding and bold type.

For this intimate museum event, the gifting focused on a special Angkor exhibit. We custom-designed and printed a gable box with a photographic, sugar-palm-leaf woven pattern on the main panels, photographs from the exhibit on the side panels, and photographic traditional Cambodian carving with messaging on the top panels. The box held a collection of items created by artisans based in Angkor, as well as the museum magazine. A custom designed card explained the rich story of each item.

We designed wrapping paper with custom watercolor paintings that represented the city of Atlanta and Habitat for Humanity’s homes and families. We patterned the paintings together in vintage frames "salon-style" to feel homey. When unwrapped, a wooden box with a special message laser engraved on the lid was revealed. Inside the box, recipients found a mini wooden easel and tiny canvas with a custom watercolor image that Heather created of a Habitat-built home.

We’re gifting in the fast lane with this welcome kit for F1 Race Week at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. This fully-printed shipping box put the spotlight on F1. A light-activated sound chip played the sound of racecars passing. Items included a custom-printed luggage tag with recipient’s initials, an embroidered hat, branded power bank and puffer jacket. A hand-written note from the team, was included for a personal touch. We built a bridge to hold the smaller items for a sleek presentation.

To celebrate the FSU Seminoles taking the field in Dublin, Ireland, the team greeted VIP attendees with these Ireland-themed welcome boxes. We personalized the box with the recipient’s name and a message on the inside lid. Personalized touches continued with a set of two custom luggage tags that were dye-sublimated with the recipient’s initials. Paper goods included a custom sticker sheet and four custom postcards to mark the destination. An itinerary with schedule of events was also presented.

For the grand opening of the Sandals St. Vincent Resort, Heather created watercolor paintings on-site to design useful travel luxuries. We customized the outside of a kraft, magnetic box with a label with one of her watercolors. Items included: a fully-printed, watercolor silk scarf and a teal hat (embroidered with “Vincy Vibes” in metallic thread). To give resort-goers useful items, we created a custom-printed pouch and tote. A custom enamel keychain presented a keepsake to remember their time.

The National Association of Women Lawyers is celebrating 125 years and we're here for it! When you’re marking an anniversary as exciting as NAWL’s, you wear suffragette purple proudly! To mark the milestone, guests received a custom designed, fully-printed silk scarf, held in a clear pillow pack with printed label. For past presidents, we created these special silver and enamel pins, held in a tin with a message of grattiude on interior liner and a sticker added onto the sliding lid.

These welcome boxes are sent to future safari-goers who have booked an experience with Dazzle Africa. The mailer contains items that create anticipation for the travelers, including t-shirts (sizes selected specifically for recipients) and luggage tags. Gifting is variable based on the trip and group (and can also be personalized); it can include African-made keychains, beaded animals, or tote bags. A letter on the inside lid from the Dazzle Africa team hints at the magic that's on the horizon.

Keep Austin (conference ready)! For this year’s Zelis forum event in Austin Texas, attendees were met with welcome box with company goodies. A white magnetic box with printed inside lid held a full-color bandana, 3 acrylic pins on printed card, company socks, made-in-Austin snacks, and printed card. Gifting a bandana is a great way to add your branding to an item for a warm-temperature-based event!

How do you celebrate 40 years of Sandals fandom? By capturing the senses with the sounds and scents of paradise. On their nationwide yacht excursions, Sandals partners received a fully branded bluetooth speaker, custom made Sea Mineral travel candle tin, and a blind embossed luggage tag for their next trip. Each of the three gifts fit perfectly into a custom platform for a sleek, modern aesthetic.

This welcome box met guests upon their legendary arrival at the grand opening of the Sandals Dunn’s River Resort. This collapsable box with a magnetic lid contained items guests would need to enjoy their stay in Jamaica, including a custom-made duffel bag, travel pouch with sunscreen and lip balm, water bottle, embroidered hat, window cling and postcard set.

This mini bar was held in a custom printed “tray” and was filled with curated treats from the fictional “host” Val. This kit included Val’s faves including pralines, Cajun nut mix, Zapp’s chips, Cool Jazz cotton candy, Bourbon popcorn, and “Secrets to Recovery" kit.
