VIRTUAL EVENT MAILERS
WE'RE THE WHOLE PACKAGE
To kick-off the 2020 NFL Season, we teamed up with the Houston Texans to create a VIP mailer that conveys the excitement of the game and the stadium experience. For maximum drama, opening the lid triggered a light-activated sound chip that played their "Thunderstruck” theme song. Huddled inside were 2 glass bottles of Coke, Concession Stand Snacks (branded box of popcorn and a bag of peanuts), a Football Field Candle and of course a little “Sideline Swag” - a Texans hat and rally towel.
This Twilight Zone Premiere kit was designed as a sensory, interactive experience. When opened, The Twilight Zone theme music played (via a light-activated sound chip) to set the tone. The inside lid of the box had a tag that said “open here” and when the panel was pulled down, it revealed a mirror that reflected a message printed in reverse. Inside the main box there were two boxes, one containing a Viewing Kit and the other with snacks and treats carefully themed to each episode.
Bright colors and bold patterns set this mailer apart – filled with a fun assortment of useful tools and office additions.
This VIP Swag box for a virtual conference about wellness by Hollis Co. provided useful and tools to support the attendees health journey and tie into their new wellness app. Lavender Essential Oil Rollie (to keep calm on-the-go!), Water bottle with strap (for easy carrying), Vital proteins (for a nutrient-packed shake), Lavender Aromatherapy Salt Soak (for rest + relaxation), Dry erase “Gratitude” markers (for writing affirmations on mirrors), and a zippered pouch (for carrying snacks OTG).
When an in-track experience wasn’t possible, NASCAR wanted to send commemorative pieces to help honor heroes and their families. A fully printed box became a keepsake along with a custom designed bandana embroidered with the service members name, and other special mementos.
VIP swag boxes for the first virtual conference by Hollis Co. Chock-full of useful, branded swag including: a tumbler that doubles as a can koozie, a pack of 5 custom pencils, 4 custom buttons, a set of Courage cards, “Start Today” journal, and a box of Big Heart Tea.
To send to teams of first responders, we went with bundles of each of 3 practical luxuries: mini bars of Tea Tree & Mint soap, all-natural handy-tizer and an assortment of individually wrapped tea.
To package a now-virtual conference experience for NASCAR – and include Tools for Work and Play, we created a fun way to delineate both. These gifts were divided and accessorized both virtual experiences. "Tools for Work" included a custom magnetic desk set complete with conference agenda, field notes, thinking putty and screen cleaner. While "Tools for Play" was a sponsored section of fun cocktail components.
What does on-boarding look like in uncertain times? Stylish, fun and useful. Thoughtful outreach sets the tone for great new beginnings - especially when they are working virtually.
A kit full of goods to brand and refresh their work space reminds coworkers that, while it may not be business as usual, your connection is still strong. Inspiring items like motto pencils, pop-open cards, live air plants, custom notepad and door tag can help transform any space into a working environment.
We created this kit to address and integrate three working environments (at home, at the office, on-the-go) and the sentiment that, “We are all in this together”. WFH: tools to make virtual meetings more bearable. OTG: Clean Key, Hand Sani pouches. OFFICE: Write-On magnetic board.
A thoughtfully branded conference kit is a great opportunity to share authentic messaging and help create an atmosphere of connection and learning. These kits can create buzz and prepare attendees for a fun, productive experience. Besides the basic building blocks of notebook and folio, substitute on-site “F&B” with a clever French Press coffee cup, a custom brew and “Brain Food”, while helping attendees maintain focus with blue-light blocking glasses and screen cleaner.
Brighten your employees day (and their work space) with a few accessories that encourage them to catch their ideas, make their mark, define their space and take their time. This prism of inspiration will definitely help them find their groove in these changing times. Deets: Journal, Pencil set, Tea & honey, and doortag in a custom platform box.
