Virtual Event Mailers
We're the whole package.

When an annual summer picnic had to be cancelled, our partners at Equitable wanted to let their group know that blue skies are ahead. To deliver some summer fun to the families, we sent a branded picnic blanket, paddle ball game, mason jar mug, and sunglasses - all held in a fully printed shipping box… a bit of sunshine on their doorstep.

For this bright and bold mailer, our client wanted the focus to be about getting attendees ready to advocate and helping them raise their voices. The shipping box showcased their brand icons paired with quotes from attendees about what advocacy means to them. We filled it with a whole set of fun and useful tools to help them in their advocacy: a branded megaphone, fanny pack, buttons, keychain, sticker sheet, custom bandana and stamped postcards for them to send to their council’s office.

For this virtual conference, the brief focused on what a new year brings; new day, new energy, new season, new purpose. We designed the box with separate areas and items that illustrated this concept. Each section opened up to reveal an element of interactivity and purpose. A variety of questions for recipients' breakout groups were printed on cards held in branded mugs, their choice of tea, coffee or hot cocoa, a lux scarf with logo embroidered, and an interactive book on “purpose".

Just because the gathering for the National Association of Women Lawyers wasn’t in person, didn’t mean they couldn’t still celebrate being a community. Each item in the box was woven into the activities this group experienced together (virtually)... A Daisy terracotta kit, mini gold star sparkler in custom packaging, Champagne bubble candy in clear box with custom label, a set of 2 branded Stainless Steel coasters and sponsor-supplied mascara with flag sticker.

Fully-printed box with dividers to spotlight the 3 parts of the event theme. ADAPT: “Find your happiness” desktop box with 52 cards + custom front card. EVOLVE: 5 Year Book with custom band. THRIVE: Air plant in pod vase, in clear tube with branded label. Faux-wood Corkcicle tumbler with recipients' initials hand-painted. The “Surprise” section, a timed reveal during the event, hinted at the location of the next forum with a Mojito Cocktail Kit and a gift card to select sunglasses online.

An invitation to watch an IMDb pre-show was tucked into an oversized gold envelope on the inside lid. We divided the night into 3 parts and presented the decadent yet playful accessories accordingly. Part 1 had everything a guest would need to get “gold carpet” ready, Part 2 had watch party “essentials”, while Part 3 had a cozy afterparty vibe.

To evoke the sights, sounds, scents and tastes of NOLA for guests virtually experiencing the Zurich Classic tournament, this box starts out with a view of the fairway and leads to a “hole-in-one” golf ball treat. Once the “green” is lifted, artfully branded gifts are revealed, including a fully-printed bluetooth speaker (with link to playlist), a grass-scented soy candle in glass jar and a decked out Sazarec Cocktail Kit.

We collaborated with NASCAR on this post-virtual event mailer themed around diversity and their commitment to growth. We created a collection of 52 designed cards with powerful quotes about diversity and inclusion – all held in a wooden display box with window. Recipients chose a book curated from panelists picks which was paired with a leather bookmark blind embossed with the logo.

To celebrate a dream team for Customer Service week (usually a week-long in-office party!) during Covid, we personalized the unboxing experience with recipients' names. Then we indulged, inspired, and prepared them to stay connected with a variety of treats: confetti popcorn, cookies, brownies, cheese straws and chocolate covered pretzels. A wooden box filled with inspirational cards to display on their desk, a branded tech kit and live streaming kit rounded out the experience.

To set the tone for a virtual event, this mailer was stocked with interactive tools and everything attendees needed to “connect”, including: a live streaming kit, screen cleaner set, stainless steel tumbler, custom printed double-sided door hanger, charging cable, thinking putty and a trio of snack bars.

This seriously playful NASCAR Game Night kit included everything recipients would need for a night of friendly competition. The mailer included: custom written mad libs printed on napkins, coasters printed with tic tac toe, branded cups, branded white board and dry erase markers, confetti fling, confetti popcorn, a cheeky buzzer and a photo prop for gloating about your win.

To focus on turning a virtual meeting into an opportunity to celebrate together, this mailer was filled with delicious snacks: cheddar rosemary crisps, jasmine tea, prosecco gummies and confetti popcorn – all with custom packaging. A complete Celebration Kit in a tin was a fun addition, packed with b&w confetti, b&w horn blowers and a “Toast Tips” card.

This virtual premier box for Richard Linklater’s new series, “That Animal Rescue Show” on CBS All Access held Austin-based vegan snacks and illustrated a “map” of the show’s episodes throughout Austin. A trio of vegan cookie portraits of 3 favorite “characters” were individually packaged and presented with custom bandanas and vegan pork rinds. The shipping box resembled a wood-burned farm crate. A detachable postcard map illustrated the locations and details for each rescue site and episode.

Comfy and camp-tastic, this outreach kit for nonprofit Roundup River Ranch invited its supporters to cozy up around a virtual campfire and dream with them for their “Roundup the Possibilities" Campaign. Supporters were encouraged to share "sparks of hope" (pop-open cards), a cup of positivity (custom cocoa tin) and happiness (custom tea blend) in their enamelware camp mugs with branded handmade wooden coasters.

For NASCAR’s Championship Weekend in Phoenix, AZ, these mailers gave a nod to the desert location, with potted succulents and a “Grand Canyon” scented candle with branded matches. Fans were encouraged to get decked out with branded sunglasses, custom tattoos, a branded bandana and an embroidered hat – and then strike a pose with custom chalkboard photo props.

This mailer included a few smart items, presented succinctly and branded well. In this “case” it included a power bank, first aid pouch and notebook, all zipped up in a cool hard shell carrying case for tech gadgets.

Pulse8’s Elev8 Collective Intelligence Virtual Summit mailer our favorite part was the wording – followed closely behind by the gr8 visuals. Each item had a rhyming title with the number 8 in it to match their company and conference name – like Concentr8 (brain food) and Caffein8 (gourmet coffee). Other branded goodies included a soft cover journal, blue light blocking glasses, screen cleaner set, French press coffee tumbler, and a double-sided doorhanger.

For a worldwide sales meeting, our client wanted this mailer to make a splash; to set the tone and garner excitement for the now virtual event. Prompting attendees to “Make your mark”, this toolkit was filled with practical meeting items that also focused on health and wellness. Take care of yourself with a resistance band with exercise card and USB floating humidifier. Maintain focus with branded bluelight blocking glasses, custom notepad, and custom doorhanger.

Hot palette, cool graphics and some carefully curated gifts can tell a great story all on their own, encouraging recipients to “keep growing”, “trust your crazy ideas” and “be bold”. This mailer playfully celebrated the end of a successful team project that benefited creatures great and small.

To virtually celebrate a teams success and plan for new possibilities, this mailer had a lot of working parts with extreme personalization and 12 versions. We created a platform presentation that showcased 4 concepts and included a branded viewmaster with personalized reels, a “Cracker” with personalization, custom confetti, double-sided scroll, 4 mini sparkers with branded matches, confetti cookies and a framed personal note presented with bundled letters of gratitude from staff.
